Parkway Motors Hamilton Ltd. Guiding Vision


Parkway Motors Hamilton Ltd. is a family owned and operated automotive retailing group. Established in Hamilton Ontario in 1980, the controlling shareholders have outlined the following vision statement to guide all daily activities.  This statement is to be shared with all current team members and to be included with EVERY new hire package whether for permanent, contractual or volunteer (coop) positions.

Our vision statement is what our organization wants to be and the values we hold.  This is our collective inspiration to be used for strategic planning.  This is a reminder of what we are trying to build.  Simply put, our vision statement is to ensure we are all moving in the same direction.

Vision:

The business entities of Parkway Motors Hamilton Ltd. (Red Hill Toyota, Upper James Toyota and Parkway Nissan) will strive to create client experiences which result in life time advocates of each automotive location.

Life time advocates are created through positive relationships with our clients every time they interact with our organization.  Whether by phone, our websites, email, advertising mediums or in person, we must ensure clients find so much value when working with us that they speak in favour and recommend our products and services.  Whenever a conversation about a new or pre-owned vehicle, or the services and products associated with vehicles arise in the Greater Hamilton Area, we want Parkway Motors Hamilton Ltd. to be the only automotive retailers to be considered.
